Ingredients

  • For The Shrimp: 

  • 16oz Black Tiger Shrimp

  • 1/2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning

  • Lemon Juice Splash

  • For The Cocktail Sauce: 

  • 1 cup tomato juice

  • 1/3 cup tequila

  • 3 tbsp horseradish

  • 1/4 tsp Tony Chachere’s

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce

  • Clear

Directions

For The Shrimp: 

  1. Devein the shrimp.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and seasonings and give a good mix.
  3. Add 3 tbsp olive oil and cook for 1-2 min per side over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat and drizzle freshly squeezed lemon over the entire dish.

For The Cocktail Shooter: 

  1. Add all cocktail sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to assemble shooters.
  3. Place a small romaine leaf into each mini glass.
  4. Add cocktail sauce and place shrimp on top.
  5. Squeeze a little lemon juice over each shrimp.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
