Ingredients

8 lobster tails
-
1 stick of butter
-
Tony Chachere’s Original Seasoning
-
4 tbs fresh chopped chives
-
2 tbs Dijon mustard
-
Zest and juice from two lemons
-
Hawaiian rolls
-
One bag of cole slaw
-
2 tbs Olive oil
-
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- Clear
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine cole slaw, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Season to taste with Tony Chachere’s Original Seasoning. Set aside and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cut off little crawlers on lobster tails and then cut in half. Liberally season with Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning. Bake in over for about 12 minutes.
- While lobster tails bake, prep our sauce. Melt butter and add in chives, Dijon mustard, lemon zest and juice, and 1 tsp of Tony Chachere’s original seasoning.
- Remove lobster meat from tails and roughly chop. Toss in sauce and serve in toasted Hawaiian rolls topped with Cole slaw.
