Ingredients

Jumbo lobster tails

Tony Chachere Original Creole Seasoning

Garlic Butter Sauce:

2 tbsp minced garlic
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley

4 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions
- Cut the lobster tail down the middle with shears on the top of the lobster.
- Pull lobster meat out and lay It on top of the shell.
- Season then into the smoker at 400F for 15-20min or until the internal temp is around 140F.
- In a small bowl mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Baste about halfway through with Garlic butter.
- When done, let cool for 5min.
- Remove from shell and slice.
- Top with more garlic butter.Enjoy!
