1 Can Chicken Broth

1 Pound Lump Crab Meat

2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

1 Dash Parsley

Directions
- In a saucepan, sauté onions in margarine until transparent.
- Blend in flour.
- Add milk and broth gradually.
- Cool until thick, stirring constantly.
- Add crab meat and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning; heat.
- Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
