Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks

  • 1 cup Tony Chachere’s 30-minute Chicken Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix Tony Chachere’s 30-Minute Chicken Marinade, honey, olive oil, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and marinate 2–6 hours (overnight works too).
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to 400°F.
  5. Grill skewers 5–6 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 175°F internal temp.
  6. Rest 5 minutes and serve.
