Ingredients

1 Pound Chicken Gizzards

1/2 Pound Ground Lean Pork

1/2 Pound Ground Beef

8 Tablespoons Margarine
-
4 Whole Onions, Chopped
-
4 Whole Celery, Chopped
-
2 Whole Garlic, Minced
-
2 Cans Chicken Broth
-
3 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
4 Cups Cornbread, Crumbled
-
1/2 Cup Green Onion, Chopped
- Clear
Directions
- In a Dutch oven, fry meats in margarine until brown.
- Add onions, celery and garlic and cook until tender.
- Add broth and season with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 hour.
- Add cornbread and green onions.
- Add more seasoning to taste.
