Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 16 Ounces Block Velveeta Cheese, Cubed

  • 1 Can (10 Ounces) Diced Tomatoes and Chilies

  • 1 Pound Hot Sausage, Removed From Casings

  • 2 Tablespoons Jalapeños, Chopped (Optional)

  • Tortilla Chips

  • Parsley for Garnish

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a cast iron skillet, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil over medium heat. Add in your sausage and break into pieces with a wooden spoon. Season with 1 teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Once sausage is cooked, add in your tomatoes and cheese. Turn heat to low and allow cheese to melt, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add in your jalapeños and remaining Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with chips!
