1 tablespoon Tony’s Seafood Marinade
2 teaspoons Tony’s Bold Seasoning (or to taste)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
For the Tomato Basil Topping:
3 cups cherry tomatoes
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tony’s Original Seasoning (or to taste)
1/3 cup basil, sliced
For the Cajun Pesto Sauce:
2 teaspoons pesto
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning (or to taste)
