Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Split Chicken

  • Tony Chachere’s Roasted Garlic & Herb Injectable Marinade

  • Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Remove chicken spine then split down the breast bone.
  2. Inject with marinade then season.
  3. Smoke at 275-300F using applewood for about 2hrs or until internal temp of the thickest part of the breast reaches 165F.
