Gameday just got a whole lot better with this easy Sheet Pan Walking Tacos recipe by @MyDiaryOfUs. This one-pan taco recipe combines Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix, ground beef, melty cheese, and crispy corn chips.

Ingredients

  • For Sheet Pan Tacos: 

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 package Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles

  • 1 9oz bag of scoop corn chips

  • 8oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • For Toppings: 

  • iceberg lettuce

  • pickled jalapeños

  • sour cream

  • cilantro

  • finely diced red onion

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat a skillet to medium heat, add oil and ground beef, and begin to brown.
  3. Add Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix along with the can of tomatoes and cook until ground beef is cooked through, about 5-7 min.
  4. Layer corn chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and add half of the cheese in an even layer, then add seasoned ground meat, followed by the rest of the cheese.
  5. Bake until cheese is melty and then top with desired toppings.
  6. Serve immediately.
