This is a great recipe for stuffed duck! These ducks are stuffed with delicious vegetables mixed and rubbed generously with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. They’re then cooked with red wine and chicken broth and topped with green onions, parsley and mushrooms.
4 Whole Ducks, Dressed
4 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
4 Whole Onions, Chopped
4 Whole Celery, Chopped
1 Whole Bell Pepper, Chopped
4 Tablespoons Oil
1 Cup Burgundy Wine
2 Cans Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Green Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup Parsley, Chopped
1 Can Mushrooms
1/2 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
