  • 1 lb bacon diced and browned

  • 1 block cream cheese

  • sliced cheddar cheese

  • 4 oz can diced jalapeños

  • buns

  • Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning

  • Tony Chachere’s Burger Marinade

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Make hamburger patties. Coat each side with Tony’s burger marinade and Tony’s original seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Dice and brown bacon. Drain grease.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, 2 tbs burger marinade, 1 tbs Tony’s no salt seasoning, bacon, and jalapeños in a bowl stir to combine.
  4. Grill burgers over medium high heat until a nice char is present. Flip burgers and top with cream cheese mixture and slices of cheddar cheese. Continue to grill until burgers are done to liking.
