Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces White Rum

  • 1/2 Ounce Lime

  • 1/2 Ounce Raw Sugar Syrup

  • 1/2 Teaspoon or About 3 Shakes Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning

  • 4 Think Slices Green Bell Pepper

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Muddle bell pepper in a cocktail shaker to extract the juices.
  2. Add Tony’s BOLD Seasoning and muddle some more.
  3. Add raw sugar syrup, lime and rum and shake cold with ice for 10 seconds.
  4. Fine strain the shaken liquid to remove all pepper bits into a glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with leftover bell pepper slices and enjoy!
