2 Ounces White Rum

1/2 Ounce Lime

1/2 Ounce Raw Sugar Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon or About 3 Shakes Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning

4 Think Slices Green Bell Pepper
- Clear
Directions
- Muddle bell pepper in a cocktail shaker to extract the juices.
- Add Tony’s BOLD Seasoning and muddle some more.
- Add raw sugar syrup, lime and rum and shake cold with ice for 10 seconds.
- Fine strain the shaken liquid to remove all pepper bits into a glass over ice.
- Garnish with leftover bell pepper slices and enjoy!
