Ingredients

2 Pounds Pinto Beans

4 Pounds Smoked Ham Hocks

2 Cups Onions, Chopped

1 Cup Bell Pepper, Chopped

6 Teaspoons Garlic
-
1 3/4 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
-
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Clear
Directions
- In a medium pot, soak beans overnight in enough water to cover. Drain and rinse.
- Using a 5-quart pot, add all ingredients with sufficient water to cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer slowly until meat falls from the bones and beans are tender (about 1 hour).
- Remove bones and fat.
- Adjust seasoning and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
