Add extra flavor to any dish with Tony’s Creole Compound Butter by Chef Gason Nelson! Whether you are putting butter on your bread, in your Tony’s rice dinner, on your veggies, or on your Tony’s Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade infused steak, this butter is sure to push the flavor to the next level of deliciousness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Roasted Garlic & Herb Injectable Marinade

  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, Softened

  • 1 Tablespoon Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives

  • Clear

Directions

  1.  In a bowl, mash together butter, Tony’s Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade, Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning and chives. Mix until well blended.
  2. Spoon the butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and form into a log. Wrap well.
  3. Chill for at least 3 hours before using.
