Ingredients

2.5 – 3 lb baby back ribs (1 rack)

1⁄2 c Tony Chachere’s Pork 30 Minute Marinade

1 1⁄2 tbs Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

2 tbs Tony Chachere’s No Salt Creole Seasoning
-
3 tbs brown sugar
-
2 tsp ground ginger
-
2 tsp granulated garlic
-
1 1⁄2 tbs Tony Chachere’s Pork 30 Minute Marinade
-
1 tsp sesame oil
-
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
-
3 tbs thai chili sauce
-
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees
- Remove membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Marinate ribs in 30 minute marinade or inject directly into each rib. Pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine all seasonings and add to both sides of the rib.
- Wrap the ribs in foil and place in an oven safe dish. Cook in the oven covered for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
- In a separate bowl, add all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Remove ribs from the oven, unwrap them and discard any juice.
- Add a generous amount of sauce to each side and broil over medium high for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add more sauce, let cool, cut and enjoy!
