Ingredients

4lbs wings
-
2 cups flour
-
1 cup cornstarch
-
8 ounces hot honey sauce (store bought is fine)

1 ½ stick salted butter
-
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, to taste
-
Italian Seasoning, to taste
-
Garlic Powder, to taste
-
Onion Powder, to taste
-
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
-
2 lemon wedges
-
Cooking oil
- Clear
Directions
- Add enough cooking oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add wing sections to a bowl and pat dry.
- Coat wings in all seasons and mustard, and toss until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and cornstarch, and season with all seasonings.
- Once oil is heated, fry wings in batches until golden brown.
- Add hot honey and butter to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir to mix the honey and butter together.
- Toss fried wings in the hot honey sauce and chopped parsley.
- Squeeze with lemon wedges and serve.
