  • 4lbs wings

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup cornstarch

  • 8 ounces hot honey sauce (store bought is fine)

  • 1 ½ stick salted butter

  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

  • Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, to taste

  • Italian Seasoning, to taste

  • Garlic Powder, to taste

  • Onion Powder, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 2 lemon wedges

  • Cooking oil

  • Clear


  1. Add enough cooking oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add wing sections to a bowl and pat dry.
  3. Coat wings in all seasons and mustard, and toss until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour and cornstarch, and season with all seasonings.
  5. Once oil is heated, fry wings in batches until golden brown.
  6. Add hot honey and butter to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir to mix the honey and butter together.
  7. Toss fried wings in the hot honey sauce and chopped parsley.
  8. Squeeze with lemon wedges and serve.
