1 Whole Split Chicken
Tony Chachere’s Roasted Garlic & Herb Injectable Marinade
Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
Clear

Directions

Remove chicken spine then split down the breast bone.
Inject with marinade then season.
Smoke at 275-300F using applewood for about 2hrs or until internal temp of the thickest part of the breast reaches 165F.
