Ingredients

  • 5 Pounds 80/20 Ground Beef

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • 20 Slices American Cheese

  • 10 Burger Buns

  • Bacon Jam

  • Fried French Onions, for Topping

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat skillet, flat top griddle, or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. While preheating, take ground beef and form 20 balls (if using grill, form 20 thin patties).
  3. Once balls are formed, generously season the top with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
  4. Place balls on skillet or griddle top. Using a grill press or spatula, press down on balls until patties are formed. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Flip patties and season with more Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
  6. After a couple minutes of cooking, place one slice of American Cheese on patty and cook for a couple more minutes.
  7. While burgers are cooking, toast buns and spread bacon jam on bottom bun.
  8. Place two patties on bottom bun and top with fried French onions or any other condiments you like. Enjoy!
