This Shrimp Po Boy recipe by @southernvibin is an easy-to-make classic that is sure to keep you coming back for more. With fresh creole flavors and crunchy fried shrimp, you simply can’t go wrong.

Ingredients

  • 2lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • Lettuce, shredded

  • Tomato, sliced

  • Spicy blueplate mayo

  • 1 box Tony’s Crispy Creole fish fry

  • 1/2 bottle Tony’s Seafood Marinade

  • 2 tosp Tony’s pepper sauce

  • Oil for frying

  • French Bread

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Place your shrimp in a large bowl with 1/2 bottle of Tony’s Seafood Marinade & 2 tbsp of Tony’s pepper sauce. Give it a good mix around and place your shrimp in the icebox for 30 mins to let marinate.
  2. While your shrimp are falling in love with that good flavor, put Tony’s Crispy Creole fish fry batter on a plate.
  3. Thoroughly coat shrimp in the fish fry, then place them in frying oil heated to 375 degrees. Allow them to fry for 2 mins until they are golden brown.
  4. Add mayo, shredded lettuce and a layer of tomato slices, seasoned with tony’s, to bread, then add crispy fried shrimp and slice to your desired serving size. Enjoy!
