Ingredients

For The Shrimp:

16oz Black Tiger Shrimp
-
1/2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning

Lemon Juice Splash
-
For The Cocktail Sauce:
-
1 cup tomato juice
-
1/3 cup tequila
-
3 tbsp horseradish
-
1/4 tsp Tony Chachere’s
-
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
- Clear
Directions
For The Shrimp:
- Devein the shrimp.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and seasonings and give a good mix.
- Add 3 tbsp olive oil and cook for 1-2 min per side over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and drizzle freshly squeezed lemon over the entire dish.
For The Cocktail Shooter:
- Add all cocktail sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to assemble shooters.
- Place a small romaine leaf into each mini glass.
- Add cocktail sauce and place shrimp on top.
- Squeeze a little lemon juice over each shrimp.
- Chill until ready to serve.
