Ingredients

  • 2 14oz packages of Lil Smokies sausages

  • 1/2 cup of Tony Chachere’s Honey, Bacon & BBQ Injectable Marinade

  • 1/2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce of choice

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 4 Tbsp butter

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill using charcoal.
  2. While the grill heats, combine the ingredients listed above in a foil tray. Stir to combine.
  3. Once charcoal is lit, place the foil tray over the coals. Add smoking chips or wood to charcoal if desired.
  4. Cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Lil Smokies are browned and the sauce is tacky. Remove and enjoy!
