Kitchen Tip : Instant Pot Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya


  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 1/2 Cup Rice

  • 1 Pound Chicken

  • 1 Pound Sausage

  • 1 Cup Tomatoes

  • 1 1/2 Cups Onions

  • 1 Cup Bell Peppers or Poblano Peppers

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion

  • 1 Cup Celery

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic

  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire

  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock

  • 1 Tablespoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Clear


  1. Turn you Instant Pot on to the sauté setting and add your olive oil.
  2. Once warm, add your sausage and sauté until brown (3-5 minutes).
  3. Add the remainder of your ingredients and stir.
  4. Once combined, set your Instant Pot to manual on high for 5 minutes and secure the lid.
  5. Once done, fluff with your wooden spoon and stir.
