Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Salmon Filets

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter

  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • 2 Pinches Fresh Dill for Garnish

  • Olive Oil

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Let the butter sit out for 20 minutes, or until slightly softened.
  2. Lightly coat salmon on both sides in olive oil and season the filets with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
  3. Place softened butter into a bowl and pour in the Italian seasoning. Mix together with a fork or a hand mixer on low speed until well combined.
  4. If using a stovetop grill sheet, place it over the stove burner(s) over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil. If using a cast iron skillet, pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Once heated, place salmon skin side down and let it cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Turn heat to low and add a spoonful, or more, of butter mixture onto each filet. When butter is almost completely melted, brush the remaining butter all over the salmon.
  7. Remove salmon from heat, garnish with fresh dill, serve and enjoy!
