Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
-
3 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Steakhouse Marinade
-
Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning (to taste)
-
Tony Chachere’s Brown Gravy Mix
-
2 small-medium yellow onions
-
8 oz pack of sliced mushrooms
-
1 egg
-
- 1/4 cup panko
- Clear
Directions
- Combine ground beef with egg, panko, and steakhouse marinade. Mix until combined.Form 3 patties. Season both sides liberally with Tony Chachere’s original seasoning.
- Heat skillet to medium to medium-high heat. Place steaks in the skillet and cook each side for about 4 minutes. Remove from the skillet. Drain grease.
- Add sliced onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until browned and soft.
- Add Tony Chachere’s brown gravy mix to the skillet. Pour water according to bottle instructions. Stir to combine.
- Add steaks back to the skillet. Bring to a simmer. Continue to cook until gravy is thickened to liking.
- Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
