Ingredients

  • 1-2 Teaspoons Tony’s BOLD Seasoning, More to Taste

  • 1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper, More to Taste

  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano

  • 1/2 Cup Pepperoncini Peppers

  • 1 Cup Salami, Diced

  • 1 Cup Ham, Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Diced

  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Provolone Cheese, Cut into Bite-sized Pieces

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mozzarella, Cut into Bite-sized Pieces

  • 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan

  • 2 Cups Cooked Pasta of Your Choice, Cooled

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine your mayo, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini peppers, Tony’s BOLD Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic. Stir together.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, included the cooked pasta that has been cooled – this is the only cooking needed. Toss all to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with more Tony’s BOLD Seasoning and oregano, to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
