The flavors of garlic, lemon and Creole seasoning come together with this buttery blend of steak and shrimp. These kabobs by Creole For The Soul are the perfect BBQ, picnic, or dinner dish.

Grilled Garlic Butter Steak and Shrimp Kabobs

  • 1 Pound Steak, Cut into Chunks

  • 1 Pound Large Shrimp, Deveined and Shells Removed

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • 6 Tablespoons Butter

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped

  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • Zest of 1 Lemon

  • Clear


Making the Garlic Butter:

  1. In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and lemon zest. Stir well. Set aside.

Making the Steak and Shrimp Kabobs:

  1. In a bowl, combine steak and shrimp. Toss with olive oil and Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning, to taste.
  2. Skewer steak and shrimp and cook on a preheated grill, turning ever few minutes to ensure even cooking until cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Brush garlic butter all over the steak and shrimp and serve.
