1 pack of Hawaiian SLider Rolls
6 thinly sliced chicken breasts, cut in half
1 bottle of Tony Chachere’s Pourable Chicken Marinade
1/4 lb mortadella
1/4 lb ham
1/4 lb salami
8 slices of provolone cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
For The Spread:
1 cup mixed olives
1/4 cup marinated artichokes
1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers
2 green onions
1 garlic clove
1 stalk celery
1 tsp. Dried Oregeno
1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat and pour Tony Chachere’s Chicken
Marinade over the chicken and let sit.
2. Place the chicken onto the grill and grill on each side for 3-4 minutes until
cooked through.
3. Meanwhile make the muffuletta spread by combining olives, artichokes, roasted
red bell peppers, green onions, garlic, celery, oregano, parsley, vinegar, olive oil, and creole seasoning in a food processor and process until desired consistency.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Slice the rolls in half through the center
6. Layer grilled chicken and then slices of mortadella, ham, salami, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
7. Place onto a baking sheet and into the oven until the cheese is melty.
