Ingredients

  • Jumbo lobster tails

  • Tony Chachere Original Creole Seasoning

  • Garlic Butter Sauce: 

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Cut the lobster tail down the middle with shears on the top of the lobster.
  2. Pull lobster meat out and lay It on top of the shell.
  3. Season then into the smoker at 400F for 15-20min or until the internal temp is around 140F.
  4. In a small bowl mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
  5. Baste about halfway through with Garlic butter.
  6. When done, let cool for 5min.
  7. Remove from shell and slice.
  8. Top with more garlic butter.Enjoy!
