You’ve found it! …The classic Double Smashburger recipe by @tashaliana! Follow these simple step-by-step instructions, adding your favorite toppings and condiments, to bite into the perfect burger of your dreams.


  • Sesame Seed Brioche Buns

  • 1lb 80/20 ground beef

  • 1cup Tony Chachere’s Burger Marinade

  • 1/2tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Seasoning

  • Sliced American cheese, one per patty

  • Any additional toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc.)

  • Clear


  1. Season Ground Beef with Tony Chachere’s Burger Marinade and Tony Chachere’s Seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll 6-8 Ground Beef Patties into balls.
  3. Using parchment paper, smash patties into a medium pan. Cook patties on medium-high heat, searing burger patties for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Drizzle with Tony’s Chachere’s Burger Marinade and place a slice of American Cheese on each patty, allowing the cheese to melt, and remove from the pan.
  5. Place your choice of toppings and two patties on each brioche bun. Enjoy!
