  • 1/2 lb extra-large shrimp

  • 8oz Salted Butter

  • 1 Whole Garlic, Minced

  • 4 tbsp Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning

  • Clear


  1. Thoroughly peel, clean, and devein prawns.
  2. Heat griddle on medium heat and melt down butter.
  3. Add minced garlic, allowing to cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add Tony’s No Salt Creole Seasoning and prawns. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Squeeze half a lemon over prawns, top with parsley, and enjoy!
