Stuffed Bell Peppers made with Tony’s Dirty Rice Mix are great as appetizers, snacks or as an entrée compliment. These stuffed bell peppers have a way of disappearing quickly off the dinner table!

Dirty Rice-Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound Ground Beef (Lean)

  • 1 Box Tony’s Dirty Rice Mix

  • 6 Whole Medium Bell Peppers

  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet, brown meat.
  2. Prepare Tony’s Dirty Rice Mix according to package directions.
  3. While rice mix is cooking, prepare bell peppers. Slice off tops and remove insides.
  4. Combine rice mix and meat, then stuff prepared mix into each pepper.
  5. Top with bread crumbs.
  6. Place in rectangular baking dish with 1-inch of water.
  7. Bake in 450°F oven until tops are browned (about 15 minutes).
  8. Remove from oven and serve.
