  • 3 Tablespoons Butter

  • 1/2 Pound Smoked Sausage, Diced Small

  • 2 Boxes Tony’s Creole Dirty Rice Dinner Mix

  • 4 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock

  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

  • Clear


  1. Mix chicken stock and heavy cream together in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Then remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a large sauté skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sausage and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add both boxes of Tony’s Creole Dirty Rice Dinner Mix and toss until coated with butter.
  5. Cook rice for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring often.
  6. One cup at a time, add in chicken stock and cream mix to rice and cook stirring often until absorbed.
  7. Continue this process until all liquid has been used and the rice is cooked through. If more liquid is needed, add a little more stock until the rice is cooked to your liking.
  8. Remove rice from heat and fold in the Parmesan cheese until incorporated and melted.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
