Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts

  • 1tbsp Tony Chachere’s

  • 1/2tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2tsp Smoked Paprika 

  • 1/3tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/2tbsp HotSauce

  • 1tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1cup Buttermilk 

  • For Batter:

  • 2cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 1/2tbsp Tony Chachere’s

  • 1/2tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2tsp Smoked Paprika 

  • 1/3tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • Toppings:

  • 8 Brioche Burger Buns

  • Lettuce

  • Sliced Red Onion

  • Sliced Tomato

  • Cheese of your choice

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Clean your Chicken Breasts and cut in half.
  2. Add Chicken Breasts into a medium mixing bowl with Garlic & Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, and Cayenne Pepper. Rub the seasonings on the Chicken breasts until well combined.
  3. Add Hotsauce, Worcestershire Sauce and Buttermilk. Give it a good stir and place lid over bowl and place in refrigerator for 30minutes.
  4. While your chicken is marinating, combine ingredients for your batter in a bowl.
  5. Individually dip the Chicken Breasts into the Flour mixture until evenly coated. Let your Chicken rest for 2-3 minutes .
  6. Add cooking oil to a medium pot and gently place in 1-2 Chicken Breasts- allow to cook for 2-5 minutes and golden brown.
  7. To assemble, get a Brioche Hamburger Bun, add your Lettuce, Red Onions, and Tomatoes, top with your chicken Breast and add cheese. Enjoy!
