Ingredients

8 ears of fresh corn
-
2 jalapeños
-
2 bell peppers
-
12 oz smoked sausage
-
1 block of cream cheese
-
1 cup of heavy cream
-
8 oz block of cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tbs Tony Chachere’s original seasoning

Directions
- Preheat grill to high heat. While grill preheats, clean and slice peppers in half. Remove the pulp and seeds from the bell pepper.
- Place veggies and sausage on the grill. Grill until charred on the outside. Remove from grill.
- Slice the corn off the cob into a skillet. Dice veggies and sausage and add to same
skillet. Add cream cheese and Tony Chachere’s original seasoning.
- Place skillet on stove top at low heat and melt in the cream cheese. Once it is melted in, add heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Stir in about 1/3 of the cheddar cheese. Top with remaining of cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375 until cheese is melted and bubbly on top. Enjoy!
