This is such a simple and easy recipe that is a favorite in the South. A mixture of two different cheeses, crawfish tails and broccoli, this is the perfect dish to bring to potlucks or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 Green Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine

  • 6 Ounces Cheese Spread

  • 6 Ounces Jalapeño Cheese Spread

  • 2 Cups Steamed Rice

  • 10 Ounces Broccoli, Chopped

  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 Pound Crawfish Tails

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Sauté green onions and bell pepper in skillet using margarine.
  2. Combine all ingredients in an oblong baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
