Cajun Crab Cheese Bread

This Cajun Crab Cheese Bread by @capt.cooking is a deliciously creamy and cheesy treat, filled with savory Creole flavors on a golden crunchy crust that is sure to be a party favorite.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Crab Meat

  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese

  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheese of Your Choice

  • 1-2 Loaves French Bread

  • 1 Cup Green Onions, Chopped

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste

  • 1/2 Cup Tony’s Pepper Sauce (Optional)

  • Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil, to Taste

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the French bread down the middle, then hull out the insides. Set the hulled French bread and the insides to the side.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the crab meat, cream cheese, 2 cups of the shredded cheese, half of the green onions, the insides of the bread (break into smaller pieces if they are large chunks) and Tony’s Pepper Sauce, if you are using it.
  4. Season to taste with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning then combine thoroughly.
  5. Add the French bread loaves onto a baking tray, then fill each with the crab and cheese mixture. Top with the remainder of the shredded cheese.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove the Cracked Crab Cheese Bread from the oven and garnish with the remainder of the green onions and Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil, to taste.
  8. Serve while hot and enjoy!
