This is a very creamy and delicious dip made with fresh crab meat and some sharp cheddar cheese. Serve with your favorite crackers or bread. This will be a hit at every sporting event!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter

  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard

  • 2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 3 Cups Milk

  • 1/2 Pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Pound Lump Crab Meat

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a double broiler.
  2. Stir in flour, mustard and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Blend well.
  3. Add milk to mixture gradually.
  4. Stir constantly until thickened.
  5. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Fold in crab meat and heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Pour into chafing dish.
