Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Butter

1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/8 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard

2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

3 Cups Milk
-
1/2 Pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 Pound Lump Crab Meat
- Clear
Directions
- Melt butter in a double broiler.
- Stir in flour, mustard and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Blend well.
- Add milk to mixture gradually.
- Stir constantly until thickened.
- Add cheese, stirring until melted.
- Fold in crab meat and heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into chafing dish.
