Ingredients

1 Box Tony Chachere’s Creole Dirty Rice Dinner Mix

1 Lb. Diced Corned Beef (I use deli corned beef cut thick, but you can also make homemade or use up any leftovers)

2 Cups Finely Sliced Cabbage

1/2 Cup Diced Onion
-
2 1/4 Cups Beef Stock
-
1/2 Tsp. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
-
1 Tbsp. Oil (Avocado or Vegetable)

Green Onions for Topping

Directions
- Bring stock to a boil and add in the dirty rice package and cook for 25 minutes until done.
- Meanwhile add oil to a large cast iron skillet and add corned beef, cabbage, onion, and Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning and sauté for 5-10 minutes until veggies start to become tender and corned beef browns slightly.
- Add the cooked dirty rice to the skillet and mix together with the meat and vegetables and cook for another couple of minutes until flavors combine.
- Finish the dish off with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
