Cornbread dressing is a perfect side dish to any holiday feast. A twist on the typical dressing, it has pork, beef, Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, onions, and lots of other flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Chicken Gizzards

  • 1/2 Pound Ground Lean Pork

  • 1/2 Pound Ground Beef

  • 8 Tablespoons Margarine

  • 4 Whole Onions, Chopped

  • 4 Whole Celery, Chopped

  • 2 Whole Garlic, Minced

  • 2 Cans Chicken Broth

  • 3 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 4 Cups Cornbread, Crumbled

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion, Chopped

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven, fry meats in margarine until brown.
  2. Add onions, celery and garlic and cook until tender.
  3. Add broth and season with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Add cornbread and green onions.
  6. Add more seasoning to taste.
