Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Chopped Cheese:

  • 1 4 pack 80/20 butcher blend beef patties

  • 2 tsp Tony Chachere’s

  • 1 tbsp red peppers

  • 1 tbsp pepperoncini peppers

  • 1/4 c mozzarella cheese

  • Ingredients for Jamaican Beef Patties:

  • 2 2 packs of Caribbean food delights jamaican style spicy beef patties

  • Mozzarella Sticks:

  • Farm Rich frozen breaded Mozzarella cheese sticks

  • Toppings:

  • tomatoes

  • spinach

  • bacon

  • Provolone cheese

  • Clear

Directions

1. Place the Jamaican beef patties in the microwave for the time instructed on box.
2. While the patties are cooking, place beef patties on your hot griddle and allow them to cook on one side until they develop a nice crust.
3. Add your Red Peppers and Pepperoncini Peppers.
4. Add Tony’s seasoning, use a spatula to chop the beef patties, and fold through the peppers.
5. Once there is no more pink in the center, add mozzarella Cheese.
6. Split one Jamaican Beef patty in half and scrape out the filling.
7. On the first half, add your chopped cheese mix, on the second half, add one slice of provolone cheese and mozzarella sticks.
8. On the other Jamaican beef patty, top it with bacon, spinach, and tomatoes.
9. Stack them together. Wrap in aluminum foil and enjoy!
