Chili Cheese Bombs

Pizza is often considered the perfect food, but these Chili Cheese Bombs by @flychefaldenb go the extra mile! Filled with the flavors of Tony’s Chili seasoning and herbs, each bite is an explosion of tasty goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 Packs Premade Pizza Crust

  • 1 Pound Ground Meat (of Your Choice)

  • 8 Ounces Diced Tomatoes

  • 8 Ounces Tomato Sauce

  • 8 Ounces Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed

  • 8 Ounces Water

  • 1 Box Tony’s Mild Chili Seasoning Mix (or Original Chili Seasoning Mix)

  • 8 Ounces Cheddar Cheese, Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes

  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped

  • 2 Teaspoons Roasted Garlic Paste or Minced Garlic

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown ground meat for 5 minutes. Strain oil if necessary.
  2. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, water and Tony’s Chili Seasoning Mix. Stir until well combined.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer and cook for 20 minutes covered. Stir occasionally.
  4. Remove from stove and let cool.
  5. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  6. Cut the premade pizza dough into 4×4-inch squares.
  7. Once the chili is cooked off, add about 1-2 tablespoons to the center of the dough and place the cheese on top.
  8. Fold the dough, sealing it to form balls.
  9. In a bowl, combine melted butter, fresh parsley, garlic and Tony’s Spices N’ Herbs to make the garlic butter.
  10. Brush the garlic butter on top of the dough and bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven and serve with Tony’s Ranch or sour cream. Enjoy!
