Cajun Stuffed Shrimp

These delicious stuffed shrimp are packed with flavor and an array of ingredients, including mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, parsley, lemon and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. You can’t go wrong with this dish and your friends will beg for more!

Cajun Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Shrimp

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

  • 5 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

  • 3 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Cup Margarine

  • 1 Cup French Bread Crumbs

  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion, Chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Tasso

  • 1/2 Cup Parsley

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Peel shrimp, butterfly, leave on tails.
  2. In a bowl, mix marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and parsley.
  3. Marinate shrimp 1 hour at room temperature, or up to 24 hours in refrigerator.
  4. Remove shrimp from marinade.
  5. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup olive oil, margarine, French bread crumbs, cheeses, green onion, tasso and garlic powder. Stuff shrimp.
  6. Place shrimp on broiler pan and broil until browned, about 4 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and lemon twist.
