2 Tablespoons Cumin

2 Whole Garlic, Minced

2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
-
3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
- Clear
Directions
- In a Dutch oven, brown meat and onions.
- Pour off fat.
- Add next 3 ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add chili powder and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Add masa to thicken.
