Cajun Chicken Stir Fry

Toss this easy Cajun Chicken Stir Fry recipe by @mandajesspanda together for your next family dinner! You might even have all the ingredients on-hand already since this recipe shows us that you can even use spaghetti noodles for a crave-worthy stir-fry dish.


  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 1/4 small yellow onion, sliced

  • 1/3 cup shredded carrot

  • 2 celery stalks, sliced diagonally

  • 1/4 head of cabbage, sliced

  • 3/4 box spaghetti noodles (about .75 lbs), cooked and strained

  • For The Chicken:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons Tony’s 30 Minute Chicken Marinade

  • 2 teaspoons Tony’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano

  • For The Cajun Stir Fry Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Clear


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the chicken. Let marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet or pan. Add in the marinated chicken and sear on both sides for about 7-8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside. Allow to slightly cool, then roughly chop the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients for the Cajun Stir Fry Sauce and set aside until ready to use.
  4. In the same pan used to cook the chicken, add in your fresh veggies. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes on medium/high until they begin to soften slightly.
  5. Next, add in the cooked spaghetti noodles and stir to combine with cooked veggies. Pour the cajun stir fry sauce over noodles and veggies, then stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Once heated through, add chicken to pan. Remove from heat, top with green onions, and enjoy!
