  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Tenderloins, Cubed

  • 2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 Package Spaghetti Pasta Noodles

  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped (Optional)

  • 1 Can (10 Ounces) Cream of Mushroom

  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth

  • 1 Can (10 Ounces) Rotel Tomatoes

  • 1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded

  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese for Mixture

  • Clear


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook spaghetti noodles as instructed on the package.
  3. Chop onions and bell pepper and sauté in a large oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
  4. Chop and season chicken with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Once vegetables are soft, add chicken and chicken broth and continue sautéing.
  6. Add Rotel and Cream of Mushroom, mix well and adjust seasoning as desired.
  7. Add mixture to cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  8. Top with Colby-Jack and cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Add garnish of parsley or green onions and enjoy!
