Juicy, buttery, and packed with Creole flavor—these Cajun Butter Steak Bites by @TFTI.BBQ are a quick and easy way to satisfy your steak cravings!

Ingredients

  • Tony Chachere’s Butter Jalapeno Injectable Marinade

  • Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning

  • Alpine butcher prime tri-tip

  • 3 tbsp minced garlic

  • 4 tbsp salted butter

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Cut steak into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Place in a food-safe container, pour in marinade until covered, mix well, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Remove, pat dry, and season.
  4. Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat with olive oil, then add steak cubes. Sear until a nice crust forms on both sides, then remove.
  5. Add butter to the pan, then minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then return the steak.
  6. Mix well, add parsley, and cook until steak reaches 130°F (medium-rare).
  7. Plate it up, drizzle on that garlic butter, and enjoy!
