  • 1 Tablespoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Teaspoon Creamed Horseradish

  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard

  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley

  • 1 Garlic Clove, Grated

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne

  • 2 Eggs Cooked to Your Liking

  • 2 Slices Sourdough Bread

  • 3 Slices Cooked Bacon

  • Butter

  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Tomato Slices

  • Clear


  1. In a medium bowl, combine Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, mayo, horseradish, Worcestershire, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, paprika and cayenne to make the remoulade. Set aside.
  2. Butter each side of your bread. On one side of each slice, spread a heaping tablespoon of the Cajun remoulade. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Layer one side of each bread slice with avocado, with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning sprinkled on top, then add eggs and bacon. Place your tomato slice on the other half and sprinkle Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning on top. Fold the two halves together.
  4. Over medium-low heat, cook each side of the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes, or until the crust is nice and golden and your cheese has melted.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
