Broccoli and Shrimp Skillet Rice

A definite staple in many kitchens, this Broccoli and Shrimp Skillet Rice is made with Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and Butter & Herb Rice Dinner Mix.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine

  • 1 Pound Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined

  • 1 Yellow Squash, Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Broccoli Florets

  • 1 Tablespoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 2 1/2 Cups Water

  • 1 Box Tony’s Creole Butter & Herb Rice Dinner Mix

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add shrimp, squash and bell pepper.
  3. Cook until shrimp turn pink and liquid is evaporated.
  4. Add broccoli, Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, water, Tony’s Butter & Herb Rice Mix and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and cover.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
